It has 3 floors: 2 main floors plus a third attic floor. All the rooms in the house are accessed from a central courtyard with outdoor lighting and natural plants. All rooms have mountain views.

On the ground floor it is the courtyard with access to the main rooms of the house. To the right there is the dining room, kitchen, pantry and laundry room. To the left is a large living room (50 m²) with a fireplace and two sofa beds, followed by a 10 m² bathroom at the back. From the courtyard, the staircase on the left leads to the upper floors. At the back of the patio, there is also direct access to the garage.

The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (20, 13 and 11 m2 respectively) with 4 beds (two double and two single), and a second bathroom. A spiral staircase leads up to the 2nd floor.

On the second floor there are 2 attic rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (80 cm), and a sunroom with good views of the village and the valley.

Cots and extra beds can be provided if required.
