Dominating the rest of the building, with two additional floors, this unit comes from the original family home built in the early 20th century. Its brick pillars and wooden beam ceilings, fired clay floors and period hydraulic tiles have been preserved, as have the Art Deco paintings on the eaves and bedroom ceilings. 

The current house has central heating with cast iron radiators and period furniture and fittings. All bedrooms have a television and en-suite bathroom.

It can be accessed either through the common area that connects the three units from the main entrance of “Casa El Molino”, or through its own door leading to the upper street.
