It is located above the garage at the rear of the main house. It has one main floor plus another attic floor. It connects to the “Casa El Molino” courtyard or through the garage, ascending a staircase to the first  floor.

On the first floor it is the living room, with two windows and doors leading to the other rooms. The space is divided between the living area with an armchair and sofa bed and the dining area with tables and chairs. It has a wooden attic ceiling and is equipped with heating and air conditioning. At the back there is a full bathroom, a kitchen with all appliances and a bedroom with a double bed.

On the wall opposite the windows and under the Mudejar stained glass window, there is a door leading up to the two attic bedrooms with views to the east and south: the one on the left has a 135 cm bed, air conditioning, and its own bathroom without a shower. The one on the right has a low ceiling, making it more suitable for children. This bedroom has a 105 cm bed.
